At TuDaez Island Customs LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns on custom, personalized, or made-to-order items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • You receive the wrong item.
  • Your item arrives damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. All apparel is designed with a unisex fit, so please choose your size wisely before placing an order. If you need to make a size correction, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Size changes may be accommodated if production has not yet begun and the requested size is available.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.
